Realise 2 Strength Assessment

Realise2 assesses 60 strengths according to the three dimensions of energy, performance and use, making it truly unique and distinct from the typical one-dimensional strengths test. These three dimensions are then used to identify where your strengths lie across the four categories of realised strengths, unrealised strengths, learned behaviours and weaknesses.


Mindfulness Apps

The Mindfulness App can be used by everyone, both beginners and experienced practitioners of meditation and mindfulness. It is simple to use. You can choose between different types of voice guided meditations, or if you want to meditate in silence. You can also design your own meditation for as long as you want it to last. 

In the app you will find:

  • 4 guided meditations: 3, 5, 15, and 30 minutes 
  • 4 silent meditations with bells: 3, 5, 15, and 30 minutes 
  • 1 guided Body Scan
